Obituary for Roy Eugene Tate
Roy Eugene Tate, “Bubba”, 62, a resident of Clinton, LA died on Thursday, September 21, 2017. He was a former employee of the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport, where he worked for over 25 years. He was a loving Father, Grandfather, Brother and Uncle. He never met a stranger and was a friend to all he met. He was always smiling and making people laugh. His heart was his grandchildren. There will be a visitation on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Miracle Place Church in Baker, LA from 10am until funeral services at 11am, conducted by Bro. Clay Spinks and Bro. George Storms. He is survived by two daughters, Tammy Spinks and her husband Kyle Spinks of Gilbert, LA; Barbara Huegler and her husband Carey Huegler of Clinton, LA; two sisters, Patricia Gauthier and her husband Clifton of Slaughter, LA; Debbie Curtis and her husband Glen of Flowood, MS; two brothers, Ernest Tate Jr. and his wife Judy of Summit, MS; James Tate of Summit, MS; seven grandchildren: Gauge Spinks, Autumn Spinks, Brooke Spinks, Chloe Spinks, Caden Huegler, Conner Huegler, and Caitlyn Huegler.
